Before downloading and installing the software, please make sure you have:

  • A computer with Windows 11
  • USB 2.0 Type-A to Type-A cable, malle-male, max length: 1 m
  • Stable Internet connection
  • Access rights to USB ports on your computer

Subheading

Before you start

  1. Download the software package from this page.
  2. Unzip the downloaded file.
  3. Run the installer: ProcessViewerSetup.exe.
  4. Install the required STM Virtual COM Port driver included in the package.
  5. Launch the ProcessViewer application.
  6. Create an account or log in to your existing account.
  7. Connect your Enbio autoclave to the computer using the USB cable.
  8. Turn on the device and follow the instructions in the application.

Firmware update

To update your firmware:

  1. Log in to your account in the application.
  2. Go to the Firmware Update tab.
  3. Connect your Enbio device to your computer using the USB cable.
  4. Turn the device on.
  5. Click Check for updates.
  6. Wait until the update process is complete.

Do not disconnect the device during the update process.

Parameter update

Parameter updates may be available only for selected users or selected devices.

To update parameters:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Service tab.
  3. Connect your Enbio device to your computer using the USB cable.
  4. Turn the device on.
  5. Click Refresh.
  6. Select your device from the list.
  7. Confirm the selection and upload available parameters.

Not all Enbio devices are allowed to access parameter updates.

Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues during installation or update, please check the following:

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable.
  • Check whether the application has the correct rights to access USB ports.
  • Make sure no other application is blocking the USB port.
  • Connect the USB cable before turning on the Enbio device.
  • Restart the device and try again if the update process does not complete.
  • If the issue continues, please contact Enbio Support.
