Warranty Care

Warranty Replacement.

Less downtime. More peace of mind. For Enbio autoclaves purchased in the EU from April 1, 2026, eligible warranty cases may be handled by replacing your device with a new one.

A New Standard of Warranty Care.

We know that your autoclave is essential to your daily work. That is why we are introducing a faster, more convenient warranty solution for devices.

For Enbio autoclaves purchased after April 1, 2026 within the European Union, if a qualifying warranty issue occurs, Enbio may provide a new replacement device during the warranty period.

No unnecessary downtime

Your work depends on reliable sterilization. With device replacement, eligible warranty cases can be resolved faster and more conveniently.

A new device, not a repair wait

As part of this warranty solution, qualifying cases may be handled by replacing your autoclave with a new unit.

Simple courier exchange

In most cases, the courier delivering your new device can collect your previous autoclave at the same time.

Who is eligible?

This replacement option applies to Enbio autoclaves that meet the following conditions:

  • Purchased on or after April 1, 2026

  • Purchased within the European Union

  • Still within the applicable warranty period

  • Issue qualifies under Enbio warranty conditions

  • Confirmed by Enbio factory service

2-year warranty without mandatory annual inspection.

From April 1, 2026, you no longer need to perform the annual periodic inspection after one year in order to maintain the standard 2-year warranty for eligible Enbio devices.

However, we strongly recommend regular maintenance. Periodic inspection helps keep your autoclave in excellent condition, supports long-term performance, and may extend the device's operational life.
