Code No. 16: Door Unlocking Mechanism Fault
Problem Description:
The system was unable to unlock the chamber door after the cycle.
The unlocking issue may be caused by:
- Residual pressure remaining in the chamber
- A fault in the door release mechanism
- Problems with the actuator, sensor, or mainboard
How to solve it:
- Turn off the autoclave and turn it back on.
- Start any cycle and stop it after a few seconds.
- Wait for the message: “READY / Chamber is safe to open” — this confirms no overpressure remains.
- Do not attempt to force the door open manually.
