Repair cost consent
I agree to cover the costs of repairing the autoclave under warranty if the device has been operated contrary to the user manual. Detailed provisions are included in the "Warranty Terms and Conditions" document. Instructions for use and warranty conditions can be found on the USB supplied with the autoclave.
