Problem description:
Process interrupted by the user. Non-sterile cartridge if interrupted during or before the sterilization process.
Note: In rare cases, a damaged touch screen may simulate a user input and interrupt the cycle on its own.
What can I do to solve the problem?
This message appears when the user terminates the process. This does not mean that there is a malfunction. Start a new process.
If the process is being aborted without user interaction, please inspect the touchscreen for responsiveness or anomalies, and contact Enbio Service if needed.
